IcareLabs was originally founded in 1968 as an optical prescription laboratory in St. Petersburg, Florida by John W. Payne and a group of optical associates; whom he had worked with in the optical business for a number of years. The initial precepts under which the company was established, which still prevail today, are rapid service, competitive price and top quality. The company expanded into the retail market through the Optimart division in 1989.
Optimart distributes a complete line of optical products to the customer. We are committed to providing the highest quality products and services. We are sensitive to our customers' needs, and devoted to their satisfaction. We strive to be fair, honest, courteous and professional in each and every way.
