I Just wanted to let you know how pleasant and helpful your staff at the North (4399 35th St. N.) St. Pete store are. My wife and I have bothe purchased glasses there and the Staff could not be nicer. One Staff member in particular named Cliff, is great. I know he normally works in the South St. Pete store but I will make a point to make sure when he is at the North store anytime I have questions or need adjustments. Thanks again to all of your staff in North St. Pete.

Hub K. here. I must say how pleasant and knowledgeable Tera is at the Palm Harbor Store. I have dealt with her since her arrival from your competitor. Recently I needed an eye Exam and was also pleased with the doctor. I am very fussy about how my glasses fit. I read in bed sometimes and fall asleep with them on. Rather than try and mess around with them I go in and have Tera fit them. She can stand there and look at the frames and know how they need adjusted. I feel so good about the service Tera provides. Recently I had my wife come in for her new eye exam and glasses. Make sure you do everything in your power to keep these two wonderful employees.

I was at the 35th street store and I wanted to comment and commend your staff on the great service and help provided. your manager and all the way to the doctor were helpful,friendly and insured that i will recommend your store always as well as return to buy glasses in the future. I had an easy time fixing my glasses issue and got an exam in less than an hour...Lenscrafters cannot beat that. thank you very much for the excellent service

I recently had my eye exam and got a NEW pair of glasses. The staff at baypointe were outstanding. right from the start with allen than dr dorr and then the girl who got my glasses to fit.thier customer service was truly delightful. I had the best time ever doing this chore. thank you so much for my new glasses and an awesome staff. they made me very happy......my friends will comming in real soon. this was a great experience.

your staff member did a wonderful job with helping me! this morning, the top part of the screw in my glasses mysteriously broke off, leaving the remainder of the screw in the glasses. your staff member did a great job getting drilling/disolving the screw, and replacing it. i reallly thought the glasses were goners! i currently do not have a eyeglass store, but i do now! thanks again,

We would like to first comment on the service. We arrived at your store and were greeted with " Good morning, I will be with you in as soon as I can, please have a seat or look around at the displays" The tech. got to us after a short wait and started showing us the different frames and dug under the displays for more to show us. When we decided on the frames, we were warned of one lens that could break when removed from the present frame, it didn't, but we were warned. To end this wonderful visit with this young lady, she fitted us with our new frames, changed the pads to softer ones and was the most professional person we have encountered in a very long time. Our only complaint was - that we found very few employees of that caliber and that she doesn't work for us.
This great employee is Sara P., and we will recommend your business to everyone visiting St. Petersburg and we will be back next trip for more great service and quality product.Thank you:

Just wanted to let the upper office know that I had the best of service at the North St.Petersburg store. Sara P. was just great! She got my glasses back to me faster than Vision works has ever done and it was because she cared. She is a great employee for Optimart to have. Optimart will have my service for a long time Thank You
