The staff is pleasant and professional. I ordered glasses with thin invisible line bifocal and transition dark lenses. They were ready for pickup about ten days after my eye exam. The glasses feel great. Cost was a lot less than my previous glasses, which are very similar.

3 years going to Optimart I loved this place. Today went in for an exam and before I was seen I was told I owed $125 for my visit. I have never been charged anything my insurance pays for my exams with no copay. I told the receptionist that it was incorrect. She just kept saying that it's for the fitting. The fittings are included in my visits. Called my insurance company and was told that unless I went over my amount of available allowance there is no charge. I said they didn't even do the exam yet and told me I owed $125. Insurance said they would've walked out like I did. Won't be back. Several other eye care professionals in the area

Lady did my pre eye set up plus 10 eye Dr plus 10 great team work among all workers n best part my glasses was 100'% correct when they came back amazing n new plan offering help with cost of glasses plus 10 also doesn't get any better it's worth drive from inverness 1000%

I made an appointment for my 7 year old and told them I did not want his eyes dilated as he would have to go back to school afterword's. I was assured that I had the choice not to. When I took the appointment the tech informed me that I had no choice it was their policy to have it done. Thank you for wasting my time. Appointment had to be cancelled because they wouldn't do the exam with out this. I lost time at work and he at school.
